On Friday evening (September 18), in a game that took place at the “Aleksandar Nikolić Hall” in Belgrade.
Despite the many significant absences of Mokoka, Th. Antetokounmpo, and Jović, the Thessaloniki team once again put up a competitive fight and held their own against the “Red-and-Whites,” falling short in the end with a score of 91-87.
In fact, Vasilis Spanoulis’s team came close to securing a second victory over the Reds, just a few days after their impressive 24-point win at the Cyprus tournament, with Aris taking a 1-point lead in the final minute! However, Carter and Moneke managed to secure the victory for Imbon Navarro’s team in the final seconds.
