The testimony of a 22-year-old delivery driver, who was attacked by a group of youths in Limassol, is shocking.
As he describes in a video posted by the RoadReportCY page, he was attacked by a group of 6–7 teenagers while he was delivering an order.
He had seen them from a distance waiting on the street, but “I didn’t do anything to them,” so, as he notes, he continued on his way.
“When I got closer, they hit me with bricks and rocks,” and, as he adds, he didn’t stop because otherwise they would have robbed him.

The attack resulted in his helmet and glasses being shattered, and he sustained injuries to his nose and eye.
After stopping about 100–150 meters away, he began calling for help; two women who lived in the area came out and called the police and an ambulance.
The young man was taken to the hospital, where, as reported, he required nine stitches in his nose and two in his eye.
As noted, according to a witness, a group of young people had been at the same spot where he was attacked 2–3 hours before the incident.
