A particularly strange incident occurred Friday night at LeBron James’s home in Los Angeles, when a man was arrested on suspicion of stalking after he allegedly trespassed on the property and told police he was the son of the NBA star.
According to “TMZ,” members of James’s security team spotted the unknown man via the surveillance system and notified the Los Angeles Police Department around 9:00 p.m. Officers arrived at the scene and arrested him.

What made the case even more unusual was the suspect’s claim; he reportedly told the officers that he believed he was LeBron James’s son. So far, authorities have not released his identity nor provided further details regarding his claims.
Fortunately, the situation did not escalate further, as the man was unable to enter the residence. The incident was documented by the police in a stalking report.
It is worth noting that the four-time NBA champion was not at home at the time of the incident. The 41-year-old was in Ohio, as his team was playing the Cleveland Cavaliers.
There is no indication that LeBron had any contact with the man, and no further information has been released regarding any potential legal action.
