The mayor of Athens, Haris Doukas, conducted a new site visit to Votanikos. With each passing day, we get closer to the completion of the major project for Panathinaikos’ new stadium, which will also house the amateur team.
“We went behind the scenes at the stadium, saw the locker rooms and Gate 13, tested the new seats, and observed the Amateur team as well as the technically challenging aspects of the roof. The project is moving forward! And so are we!” the mayor stated in a post.
The main goal is for the stadium to be fully ready by next summer, so that the “Greens” can move into their new “palace” at the start of the new season.
