PAOK has completed a three-year investment by announcing the signing of Leland Walker. The American guard was signed as a free agent from the Finnish club Salo Vilpas and has signed a contract with the Thessaloniki-based team through the summer of 2029.
The 23-year-old player will not immediately join PAOK’s roster, as he will be loaned to U-BT Cluj-Napoca for the remainder of the 2026–27 season. There, he will have the opportunity to compete in the EuroCup, the Adriatic League, and the Romanian league.
At the start of this season, the American stood out for his consistency, averaging 30.6 points over five Basketball Champions League games, while in the Finnish league he averaged 25.7 points in six appearances.
