Commotion broke out at Miami International Airport when an Amazon cargo plane veered off the runway after landing and collided with vehicles.
Videos circulating on social media show the large aircraft coming to a stop next to a road, off the runway, and catching fire. Meanwhile, there are reports of casualties.
“Emergency crews arrived and found a plane that had caught fire as a result of the crash,” the local Fire Department stated in a press release. “Firefighters are working to extinguish the fire, and there are many injured.”

According to a statement from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to CNN, the flight “veered off the runway after landing at Miami International Airport at approximately 2:00 p.m. local time.”
The aircraft, a Boeing 767-300 Cargo, had taken off from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
