Messi on the death of Jesús de Miguel: “There are no words”

Lionel Messi paid tribute to Jesús de Miguel following the tragic death of the Tenerife forward. The 30-year-old star lost his life just hours after a violent collision with the opposing goalkeeper from Andorra during a match in Spain’s second division.

“There are no words… My condolences and strength to his entire family and friends. May he rest in peace,” wrote the 39-year-old Argentine, who spent most of his career and life in Spain, in an Instagram story.
