AEK BC issued a statement today through its owner, Makis Angelopoulos, expressing support for the league against those being prosecuted for match-fixing.
Dragan Sakota is expected to follow suit in the coming days, as he was present at games included in the case file, such as the one against Promitheas.

The 74-year-old coach was ejected during AEK’s third game against Prometheus (2024), which is currently under investigation by the courts for match-fixing.
