There was good news today for Zelimir Obradović, who is seeing his “roster” fill up as Panathinaikos continues its preseason preparations.
Specifically, a total of six international players—who wrapped up their competitive duties with their national teams a few days ago—showed up at the Telekom Center Athens and participated as usual in the “clover’s” practice.
These players are Dino Mitoglou, Panagiotis Kalaitzakis, Juancho Hernangómez, Branko Bandio, Silven Francisco, and Aizan Bonga—with the latter three training for the first time in green.
So, Obradović has the opportunity for the first time to work with a nearly full roster and to gradually begin laying the groundwork ahead of the difficult and demanding season in Greece and Europe.
We’d like to remind you that tomorrow, Friday (September 4), Panathinaikos will play its first preseason friendly against Marousi at the Agios Thomas Indoor Arena.
Look who’s here today!
