With the yellow warning that had been in effect expiring today at 6:00 p.m., the meteorological service has issued a new warning, effective from 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, until 5:00 p.m., warning of severe weather conditions.

Winds will be mainly southeasterly to southwesterly, light to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort, and temporarily moderate to strong locally along the coast, 4 to 5 Beaufort. During thunderstorms, winds will become variable and strengthen, with gusts reaching up to 7 to 8 Beaufort. The sea will remain generally somewhat rough. Later, they will become southwesterly to westerly. During a storm, winds will shift and intensify, with gusts reaching up to 7 to 8 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough at first and later locally slightly rough to rough. Temperatures will rise to around 23 degrees inland, around 22 degrees along the coast, and around 12 degrees in the higher mountainous areas.

Tomorrow night, the weather will gradually become partly cloudy, though isolated rain or even thunderstorms cannot be ruled out, mainly in coastal areas. Winds will be mainly westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and temporarily moderate locally, at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough.

On Friday and over the weekend, there will be periods of increased local cloud cover, which may bring isolated showers, mainly in mountainous areas.
